What You'll Do:

As a Flooring Sales & Design Consultant, you will:

Welcome customers into the showroom and provide exceptional customer service.
Help customers select flooring products that fit their style, needs, and budget.
Learn the features and benefits of carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, tile, and other flooring products.
Schedule and coordinate measurements and installations.
Prepare estimates, quotes, and sales orders.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process.
Maintain an organized, attractive showroom.
Work closely with installers and vendors to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

Flooring sales.
Retail sales.
Interior design.
Home improvement.
Construction.
Cabinet or countertop sales.
Customer service.
Measuring or estimating.
Project coordination.

No flooring experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the showroom.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work some Saturdays.
