What You'll Do:
As a Flooring Sales & Design Consultant, you will:
- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help customers select flooring products that fit their style, needs, and budget.
- Learn the features and benefits of carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, tile, and other flooring products.
- Schedule and coordinate measurements and installations.
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and sales orders.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process.
- Maintain an organized, attractive showroom.
- Work closely with installers and vendors to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
- Flooring sales.
- Retail sales.
- Interior design.
- Home improvement.
- Construction.
- Cabinet or countertop sales.
- Customer service.
- Measuring or estimating.
- Project coordination.
No flooring experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the showroom.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work some Saturdays.
